Find us before noon.تعالوا قبل الظهر
We are on the 1604 Corridor in Northwest San Antonio, on Bandera Road (TX-16) - minutes from La Cantera, The Rim, and UTSA. Look for the shopping plaza on the west side of the road. Park anywhere in the lot out front. Knock if the door is locked before opening - Fouad is usually up.

Six mornings a week.ستة أيام
We close when the dough runs out - usually around three, sometimes earlier. The oven turns on at 7 a.m., Tuesday through Sunday. Mondays we rest and mix the next week's dough.
Lahm b'ajin is baked every day we're open. Saturday mornings the line starts at the door - we open thirty minutes early.

Say hi.مرحبا
For catering, gift cards, or anything else - drop us a note. We read every email between the morning rush and lunch, usually by 1 p.m.
The morning, in answers.
Do you take reservations?حجز؟
We do not. Walk in, sit at the counter, point at what looks good. On Friday mornings expect a fifteen-minute wait between nine and eleven.
Is everything Halal?حلال؟
Yes. All meat is certified Halal - the lamb and the sojuk. The kitchen has no pork or alcohol.
Do you cater?ضيافة؟
We cater breakfast and brunch from twenty people up. Email contact@arzlebanesekitchen.com with date, headcount, and pickup or delivery. We need 72 hours' notice.
Can I bring my kids?أولاد؟
Please do. We have a small kids' menu - a half manqousha cheese, eggs without sojuk, and a cold drink - and high chairs at the counter.
Why do you close so early?ليش؟
Because the dough runs out, and because we mix the next day's batch at 9 p.m. The oven cannot do two shifts and still be the oven you want it to be.
Vegan options?نباتي؟
Our dough is made without dairy, so za'atar, khoudra, za'atar & khoudra, and spinach manakish are vegan - as are the ful, msbaha, and falafel. Cheese, labne, and keshek fillings are not. We bake cheese all morning on the same stone, so we can't promise zero cross-contact.
