خبز عربي طازجFresh Lebanese pita is served on the side with every dish, except manaqesh, ka'ak, and fatayer.

Same fillings, two breads, blistered in the half dome oven. Manqousha is round, pressed thin, baked dark on the edges. Ka'ak is the sesame ring, split warm and stuffed. Mashrouha (مشروحة), stretched extra-large, add $2 to any manqousha.
